FLOW Follies RHS

Description:  

3 Towns... 2 Schools... 1 Show... FLOW Follies...the Largest Scholarship Fundraiser for the Ramapo-Indian Hills Community. Operated and managed by parent volunteers from the THREE towns. In 2014-2015 FF awarded $35,700 in scholarships to students at IHHS and RHS.  Parents are needed to join the show and help with the operations.

 
Gold Masque Parent Committee

Help the Gold Masque Drama Club with costumes, set construction, publicity, ticket sales, etc.

 
Holiday Festival 2015 RHS

Description:  

Holiday Festival is a party at Ramapo for more than 400 K-3rd grade students fromThe Roberto Clemente School in Paterson. The festival is organized and implemented by the student body, with parent volunteers providing support in a variety of ways. Holiday Festival will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015. This is a student run event but parent support is needed.

 
Mum Sale Committee - Music Parents Assoc.

Sign up to HELP out with the Annual Mum Sale. Historically these mums are FULL and gorgeous. Available in several colors. 

Orders due: September 18th
Distribution: September 25th from 10am - 2pm. Help needed on distribution day.

 
National Honor Society Reception Committee

Ramapo Boosters

The RHS Athletic Booster Association supports our student athletes by providing funding for items not covered in the district budget.RHS Athletic Booster Association supports every player athlete in every sport. Team Booster Reps are needed as liaison between parents and coach, if interested sign up online here or contact Booster Membership Chair or your Coach.

 
RHS APTS Meeting Hospitality

RHS District Art Show

Description:  
Ramapo and Indian Hills have many talented artists who get to present their work at this annual Art Show held at a local college.
 
Volunteer to help moderate the many workshops running throughout the day by assisting the presenter with handing out materials and helping coordinate some activities within the art workshop.
 
This is a 2-1/2 hour commitment with breaks.

 

 
RHS Economy Shop

RHS Green Team/Sustainable Jersey for Schools
Chair:   Faculty Chair: Kim Angerson, Dr. Lou Moore
Description:  

Sustainable Jersey for Schools is a voluntary certification program for New Jersey public schools that want to go green, conserve resources and take steps to create a brighter future, one school at a time. RHS is working towards Bronze Certification which is 150 points. Parent volunteers are needed to help with green initiatives and grant writing. 

 
RHS Military Bridge - Project Graduation

Description:  

This committee is made up of Senior Parents. The event is Wednesday, October 28th at RHS Cafeteria. Raffle baskets are funded by Senior Class families and 12 baskets per class are donated from the Freshmen, Sophomore and Junior Classes.  If you can volunteer to help with this event or donate a gift basket or item please volunteer online.

 
RHS Music Parents Association

Description:  

Ramapo's Instrumental and Vocal Music Program includes Concert Band, Wind Ensemble, Orchestra and Jazz Band and Choir.

 
SAFE HOME
Chair:   Tricia Grover
Description:  

Provides resources and encourages communication that will help empower parents in the crucial work of parenting teens. SAFE HOME designation in student directory means underage drinking and drugs are not allowed in your home.

A NEW chair is needed next year and it would be great to transition with this years chair, if interested please sign up for this position.
